Securely Package Your Items
Place the items and the completed form into the original mailing bag or a suitable alternative, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the return address label provided and send the package via your preferred tracked courier service; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Processing and Notification
